What data I collect
This site does not automatically collect data to profile you. I only receive your data when you contact me: your name, email and anything you choose to write in your message.
The contact form does not send data to a server: it prepares an email in your own mail app, which you decide whether to send.
Why I use it and for how long
I use your data only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to manage the project and meet tax obligations. The legal basis is your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
I keep emails for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, for clients, for the period required by law for tax records.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to restrict its use, by writing to . You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Cookies
This site uses no profiling cookies and no analytics or tracking tools, so no cookie banner is needed.
